Board Candidates

Our Slate believes that an international listing will promote increased international investor demand for our shares, allow our shares to trade around the clock and proudly signal that our Company and products are world-class and expanding to many markets outside of Japan.  We propose that the entire slate be elected collectively. It does not mean, however, that even if only a part of the eleven are elected, the effect of the election will be denied.
